Return Policy

Nail Confidant has a 15-day return policy (withdrawal period), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your invoice number, so I can match your return with your order. If you have received a gift with your purchase, I ask that you also return it. If the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact our me.

To start a return, you can contact me at tiffany@nailconfidant.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is also important to know that you are responsible for the return until I have received and processed it, so it’s important that you save your delivery receipt.  My return address is: Övrasjövagen 2, 147 63 Uttran

The product must be returned in 10 days from the date you notified me of the return. The product should be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original packaging including pieces and tags. You are responsible for the shipping cost on returns.

If your return is accepted, a refund will be made with the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase, once processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
